Title: Cancelled May 11 TH meeting
Hi Girls and Joanne,
I'm sending this e-mail out to let everyone know that this weeks meeting is canceled due to many of you not being able to come. Eleven out of 14 girls would not be there so no sense trying to plan a camping trip.
**Speaking of the June camping trip we need two more parents to go or else we won't be able to get to Rowley. Please e-mail asap if a parent can go.
**The next time we get together is May 20 TH at Kennedy Terrace with brooms, rakes, gloves, wheel barrels, plants, bulbs, or any other special garden ornaments that you would like to place in the 8 gardens that we created. The clean-up is from 9-11 AM and it is mandatory. The Silver Awards and pins will be given at this event. Please have family members there to watch and help. The Friends at Kennedy Terrace will be providing snacks and drinks. I don't foresee the clean-up taking more than 1 hour and the presentation of Silver Awards should be around 10:15 AM. **Jacqueline Selter please go to the site at Kennedy Terrace. Take a look at the ground under the Kennedy Terrace sign and purchase some annuals that would enhance our gardens. I am asking you to do the annuals this year because you were not able to help with this project last year which is a large portion of your Silver Award. If you have any questions please call me. It doesn't have to cost that much or you could ask Ann & Home to donate them to you.
**I will pick a date in June to plan our camping trip for June 23-25 TH.
